Refund Policy
We will give a complete refund in the event of poor weather or unsafe conditions at the time of sail. Also, we will give you a refund if you cancel up to 48 hours before your sail. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the date of your sail, but we are happy to give you a credit towards a future sail. Refunds may take up to a week to process.
For Charters: Charters must provide a cancellation notice two weeks prior to the sail date to receive a refund. If the sail is canceled due to weather the charter will be refunded, but catering is non-refundable.
